What is the return policy?
Orders can be inspected at the time of delivery while the courier is present. Please ensure that you carefully check your order and packaging before accepting the order.
What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
When will I get my order?
Orders usually take from 2-5 business day.
- All exchange requests are subject to inspection by the KOO team. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with its original packaging and all accompanying items. The packaging must also be in its original condition.
- All items will be carefully reviewed by the KOO team before an exchange is approved.
- Please note: Exchanges will only be accepted once the item and packaging have been inspected and confirmed to meet the above conditions.
